The Air Navigation Services within Kigali FIR consisting of the Air Traffic Management (ATM), Aeronautical Information Management (AIM), Aeronautical Meteorology (MET), Communication Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) and Rescue and Fire Fighting (RFF) will be provided by ASECNA effective from 1st January 2024 .
